This HO scale tender-driven locomotive is in Excellent condition from a smoke-free home/collection. There are no missing parts. There are minimal minute marks on the shell of the engine and tender. This item is fitted with a LokSound ESU DCC decoder. The decoder is reset and ready for programming. This item is tested and found to be a good runner in both directions at low to medium speeds. The crawl (speed steps 1-6) is not smooth as the locomotive occasionally stalls out. This item is stored in its original packaging, and is ready to roll on your layout.
